Delivery

Do you charge for delivery?

No. Standard delivery is free on every order to UK addresses.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from a UK warehouse, usually within 1–2 working days. Delivery normally takes a further 3–7 working days. Remote areas, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland can take longer.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Why has my bed arrived in more than one box?

Some beds and sofas are sent in two or more parcels, which can arrive on different days. Your order is complete once all parcels have arrived.

Returns and refunds

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes. UK customers can cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. Contact us first, then return the item within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and checked, approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Products

Do beds come with a mattress?

No. Mattresses are not included unless the product page says otherwise. Each bed lists the mattress size it fits.

Do I need to assemble my furniture?

Most beds and sofas need self-assembly. Instructions and fittings are included in the box.

Are your pet beds washable?

Care instructions are listed on each product page. Our fleece pet bed and pet sofa cover are machine washable; for our plush dog bed, hand washing is recommended to keep the padding full.
